What we collect
- Contact details you give us directly: name, email address, and anything you write in a contact or order form.
- App information you submit for testing: your package name, closed-test track link, and tester opt-in URL.
- Payment information processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) collected automatically when you use this site.
Why we collect it
- To run your closed test — assigning testers, tracking the 14-day window, and generating your report.
- To respond to support and contact requests.
- To process payment for the service you ordered.
- To meet our own legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share app access details (your opt-in link, package name) with the testers assigned to your test, since that's required for them to install and test your app. We share payment data with our payment processor. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email support@12testersfr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention
We keep order and test records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, and delete or anonymize them afterward unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active customers directly.
