The guarantee

Every plan includes a production access guarantee. If you complete the full 14-day test with 12 opted-in testers and Google still rejects your production access application citing insufficient or inconsistent testing, you can choose either:

• A free re-run of the full 14-day test with a fresh batch of testers, at no additional charge, or
• A refund of your payment for that order.

What this doesn't cover

This guarantee covers rejections tied to the testing requirement specifically. It doesn't cover rejections for unrelated reasons — content policy violations, broken builds, or other issues with the app itself that aren't about the testing process. If you're unsure which category your rejection falls into, email us the rejection notice and we'll tell you honestly.

How to request it

Email support@12testersfr.com with your order details and a copy of Google's rejection notice. We'll confirm which option applies and process it from there.

Before the test completes

If you need to cancel before your 14-day test starts, contact us and we'll work it out directly — there's no fixed cancellation fee schedule published here because it depends on how much of the order has already been fulfilled at that point.
