Terms of Service

The service
12TestersFR.com provides real Android testers, on real physical devices, to help you meet Google Play's closed-testing requirement for personal developer accounts: 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days. We do not control Google's review process and cannot guarantee a specific outcome from Google beyond what's stated in our guarantee below.
What you agree to provide
- An app that complies with Google Play's own developer policies — we won't knowingly test an app that violates them.
- Accurate closed-test track and opt-in link information.
- Timely responses if we need information from you to keep your test running.
Payment
Pricing is as stated on our pricing page at the time of order: a one-time payment per app, with no recurring subscription.
Our guarantee
If Google rejects your production access application citing insufficient or inconsistent testing, we will re-run the full 14-day test at no additional charge, or refund your payment — see our Refund Policy for the exact terms.
What we don't control
We don't control Google's policies, review timelines, or decisions. Google can change its closed-testing requirements at any time, and a production access decision is always Google's to make, not ours.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from a delayed app launch.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
